Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across all Egyptian governorates. Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive within 2–4 business days. Shipping fees are calculated by governorate at checkout, and delivery is free on orders over 500 EGP. Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction matters. If a product arrives damaged or you're not happy with it, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Handcrafted hygiene products that have been opened or used can only be returned if defective.
Privacy Policy
We only collect the information needed to process and deliver your order — name, phone, address, and governorate. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties, and is stored securely. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
